Thank you for choosing us as your pediatrician; we want you and your child to feel comfortable when coming in for an appointment. We strive to have a friendly atmosphere for all our patients and to make you feel at home with us.

Office Hours, phone numbers and appointments

Office hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. and 1:30 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. Doctors are in the office at 9:00 AM. We are open Monday thru Friday and closed on major holidays. A Doctor is always available through the answering service which is reached when you call our main number at: 972-370-2425.

We work on an appointment system, please call 972-370-2425 to make an appointment. If you are late for your appointment you may be asked to reschedule. Telephone Calls

When you call in to speak to the medical assistant our front office staff will take the appropriate information and give it to the medical assistant. Your call will be returned within 24 hours. When you call in for a prescription refill please have the medication name and dosage, if possible.  You need to know the pharmacy location and phone number to provide to the staff member and you will be called when it is ready for pick up; or when it is called in to the pharmacy. Please give 48 hours for all prescription refills.

If a problem arises that you must speak to the Doctor after hours you may call our main line at 972-370-2425; our answering service will notify one of our Doctors and they will return your call.

What to bring to appointments

You must bring your insurance card or current Medicaid Card/document and identification. Payment is due at time of service rendered, so please be prepared to pay with cash, American Express, Discover, Visa or MasterCard.

Financial Policy

We are committed to providing you with the best care, your clear understanding of our financial policy is important; in saying this if you have any questions regarding our fees, policy or your responsibilities regarding your account please contact us.  All patients must have a complete and accurate Patient Registration Form on file with our office.  Current insurance card must be presented at the time of service, including Medicaid and CHIP.

Full payment for services is DUE AT THE TIME THE SERVICE IS RENDERED; when your child is accompanied by some one other than the parent then payment must accompany the child.  We are not party to any legal agreements between divorced or separated parents.  Whoever brings the child in for the appointment is responsible for payment at the time of service.   We accept Cash, American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.  

Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company.  Please read your benefits so you will understand what type of coverage you have.  We cannot guarantee payment of your claims by your insurer.  Rejection of all or a portion of your bill by your insurance company does not relieve you of the financial obligation that you have incurred.

We require a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. If you do not show for an appointment or provide us with a 24 hour notice to cancel appointment there will be a $25 fee for a missed/cancelled appointment.

All statements must be paid before or on the Due Date; accounts that are delinquent will have a $10 monthly fee assessed until the account is paid in full. Should your account become delinquent for nonpayment you will be reported to our collection service. Accounts must be current before future appointments may be scheduled.
